We always try to meet with our customers onsite to get a quote but we understand that's not always possible. We regularly work with customers we never get the pleasure of meeting in person.  To ensure you projects are completed to your satisfaction you work with one point of contact from the initial call to the finialnal invoicing this helps eliminate miscommunication during the project.    

Should you choose to work with Northern Landworks (if you would like) we send several pictures throughout the project and if your comfortable we will often facetime or send a video so you stay in the loop throughout the whole project.  We strive to make sure you are comfortable and happy with the project. 

If you take a look at our reviews you will quickly learn we take pride in having a great experience for our customers.  When we agree on a date for the work to start we rarely if ever change your date unless for weather reasons and that will be communicated as soon as possible.
